Tomato Catchup

Ingredients:

1Kg
½ tsp
100 g.
½ tsp
½ tsp
½ tsp

Tomato
Salt
Sugar
Cinammon Powder
L ong Powder
Red Chilli Powder

  • Wash Tomato and boil in little water.
  • Crush boiled tomatos and pass them through strainer and make pury.
  • Boil pury then add salt and sugar.
  • Boil again until thick enough for sauce.
  • Then mix Cinammon, long and Red Chilli Powder and covered under the cloth.
  • Put that in the sauce for 2-3 hours.
