Tomato Catchup
Ingredients:
| 1Kg

Tomato
Salt
Sugar
Cinammon Powder
L ong Powder
Red Chilli Powder
|
- Wash Tomato and boil in little water.
- Crush boiled tomatos and pass them through strainer and make
pury.
- Boil pury then add salt and sugar.
- Boil again until thick enough for sauce.
- Then mix Cinammon, long and Red Chilli Powder and covered under
the cloth.
- Put that in the sauce for 2-3 hours.
